REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital distribution of active license codes, SecureBestWay.com cannot offer refunds or exchanges for software products once delivered and the activation/license key has been viewed. All licensing sales are final.
You may request a refund only if you have not retrieved the activation/license key. Once the activation/license key is retrieved, no refunds will be provided.
Please ensure the software works with your system before retrieving the activation/license key.
Refunds for Physical Products:
- Products like computer peripherals, software with installation disks, tablets, computers, or printers may be refunded if the package is unopened (seal not broken).
- Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the order date.
- No refunds will be granted after 15 days from the original transaction date.
